Terms and Conditions

Terms of use

Leonardo a Milano is a project owned by Giuliano Maria Gaia individual company.

  1. ACCESS TO MUSEUMS AND OTHER LOCATIONS WHICH REQUIRE ADVANCE BOOKING
Some museums, including the Last Supper Museum, operate a system of timed admissions. This means that tickets are valid only on a specific date and for a specific time slot, as printed on the ticket itself. If the client is late, museum staff might deny access. Leonardo a Milano declines any responsibility for any inconvenience which may arise and will be unable to give a refund.
  2. CHILDREN AND INFANTS RULE OF ACCESS
Leonardo a Milano purchases full price tickets from the Last Supper Ticket Office well in advance of the guided tour hence it is impossible to make any change at a later stage. For this reason, even a child counts for one head and therefore a full price ticket is necessary. Please contact Leonardo a Milano before booking if you travel with a child (2-4 years old). Free admission for infants under 2, please indicate in "Special requirements" in the booking form. Strollers are not allowed inside the Last Supper museum.
  3. CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT BY THE CLIENT
The client can amend the date of the tour in written form up to 7 days prior the event, upon availability. Only one request of amendment can be accepted. It is not possible to request for a refund in case of cancellation of an amended date. The client can cancel the tour in written form up to 7 days prior to the event, Leonardo a Milano will issue a full refund. For those cancellations requested between 6 and 3 days prior to the event, the client is entitle to a 50% refund. For cancellations requested less than 48 hours prior to the tour or for a no-show no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason including force majeure (for example airline company strikes, adverse weather conditions, rallies etc.).
  4. MUSEUM STAFF STRIKES
In case of strike involving the staff of the museum where the tour is planned Leonardo a Milano will inform the client as soon as possible. A refund of the ticket will be issued only in those cases when the museum is actually closed due to strike. However, when industrial action is called for, it is not possible to predict in advance whether staff will participate in the strike or not. This implies that if the client decides to cancel/modify the tour but the museum is regularly open, despite the call for strike, Leonardo a Milano will not refund any cost related to the purchase of tickets for the event.
  5. CODE OF CONDUCT
If, in our reasonable opinion, the client or a member of the group conducts himself/herself, during a tour so as to endanger any person or property, or obstruct Leonardo a Milano staff in the performance of their duties, or fail to comply with any instructions of Leonardo a Milano staff, including but not limited to those with respect to smoking, alcohol or drug consumption, or behave in a manner which we reasonably believe may cause or does cause discomfort, inconvenience or damage to other customers or staff, Leonardo a Milano may take such measures as deemed reasonably necessary to prevent continuation of such conduct, including restraint. The person may be asked to leave the tour and refused onward transport at any point, and may be prosecuted, in compliance with the law, for offences and/or contravention committed. No refund will be given to clients who are asked to leave the tour as a result of their conduct during the tour.
